1. Do you have wigs in stock ? 
   

   we have stock wigs , but usually stock wigs are only for retailer or sample orders , if you need to wholesale we suggest you choose customized order .

2. what hair do you use ? 

   we mainly offer European hair , but also offer Russian hair , Brazilian hair , and Mongolian hair 

3. Can I dye the hair ? 

   Yes, you can dye the hair , but we suggest you do a strand test before you dye whole piece.

4. How long can your hair last ? 

   Usually the hair can last 3-5 years with proper care , we have client wearing our wig over 7 years.

5. Which brands do you work with ? 

   We supply to many famous brands in NY and NJ , as well as some brands in Israel , but we are sorry that we can't share the names as thats commercial secrets .

6. How long does customized order take ? 

   usually take 30-60 days, depends on the order quantity . 

7. Do you offer customized packaging ? 

   Yes, we can make that with supplied design.

8. Can you put my brand on the wig ? 

   Yes, we can make sewing cloth label , this can be free for wholesale order .

9. How long have you been in hair business ? 

   Our factory built since 2012. We grow from 5 people to 200 people in the past years , thank god ,we got many loyal customers .

10. Can I return the wig if I dont like ? 

    Yes, we support return policy .  we accept returning for the stock wigs without reason, but need to send back within 7 days after getting it .
